When it comes to things like this he definitely subscribes the the Mr. Incredible school of thought. I could just hear what he really wanted to say in his best Bob Parr voice…. “It is not a graduation. She’s moving from pre-school to Kindergarten.” I’d argue it was a ceremony.. yadda yadda … and he’d say, “It’s psychotic! They keep inventing new ways to celebrate mediocrity. But when someone is genuinely exceptional–“…. I’d roll my eyes and some more yadda yadda.
I didn’t argue with him though. After all, a cap and gown for a pre-school graduation is pretty silly. But I just so happen to love silly. And my Mr. Incredible… Oh, he’s coming to the graduation…
